MGSD Gundam Barbatos from "Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans" — MG technology condensed into the SD frame, with the Gundam Frame fully reproduced at SD scale.

MGSD is the new SD high-end brand that integrates MG-class technology into the SD Gundam frame, and Gundam Barbatos leads the lineup. About 115mm tall, the kit reproduces the signature Gundam Frame at SD scale.

The head and neck move on four axes for chin-down and chin-up posing. Internal movable axes in the body deliver wide left-right swing and forward/backward tilt, and the cylinders on each flank extend in conjunction with chest motion. The shoulder-connection swing mechanism extends arm reach, and the elbow cylinders track arm movement. Pulling out the lower shoulder armor deploys the central armor — an MGSD-original gimmick. Knee armor moves with the legs, and the rear-knee armor articulates separately to avoid interference.
