Plannosaurus Tyrannosaurus from "Plannosaurus" — a build-the-skeleton-then-the-skin dinosaur model that lets you understand the animal as you build it.

From the Plannosaurus brand — where you assemble the skeleton and outer skin one piece at a time to truly "know" a dinosaur with your own hands — the strongest hunter, Tyrannosaurus, is now available. The Skeletal Build phase teaches the dinosaur's internal structure, then the Dinosaur Build phase fits outer-skin parts on top of the skeleton in a sequence unique to plastic kits. No nippers, glue, or other tools are required. Selectable parts let you reproduce a feathered state based on current paleontological theory, and detailing extends to the foot structure that supports the body's weight, the teeth, and the claws. The mouth opens and closes, and the forelimbs, hindlimbs, neck, and tail are all articulated for free-form display.
