As the 16th entry in the HEISEI RIDER PROJECT Beginning, Masked Rider Blade joins the Figure-rise Standard lineup. Extra-finish processing faithfully reproduces the suit texture, and the Blay Buckle is densely sculpted with rotational articulation that captures the Turn Up sequence.

The dedicated Blay Rouzer's open-tray section deploys through parts replacement, and the blade itself swaps between drawn and holstered configurations. Card-holding hand parts and ten PET-material Rouze Cards reproduce iconic in-show scenes, with rock effect parts for Blay Rouzer attacks.
